BG1 (Bulgaria) has changed datacenter in Sofia. DE4 (Germany) has migrated to another DC in Frankfurt am Main. The default OpenVPN and SoftEther configs of BG1 and DE4 (domain name based) have not changed, the configs based on IP have changed.
